Anyone go to the auction? I had to go to work so couldn't make it.
Did it sell? Property has been removed from both websites linked above, which is strange.
Normally Caine leaves it up with "sold" on it.
Can only guess it didn't sell and owners pulled it off the market.

If no-one replies I can flick the agent an email and report back.
 
Its back up Matt, with a price guide of $600,000-$660,000.
As you suggested, it failed to sell at Auction - I can't be certain the auction even went ahead.
Interestingly, the selling agent is now Paul Caine himself, seems Frank may not be at Caine R.E. anymore.
No 'open house' inspections are scheduled, yet they are trying again for auction on Saturday, 10th October at 1:00 pm.

This one was marked as sold on realestate.com for last week, but now showing contact agent.
Still for auction on 10/10/15 on the caine website.
This might need clearing up with the agent.

did an inspection and afterwards did a walk around and stopped to chat with residents there
walk away when you see the danger signs, too many in this strata for my money

Everyone entitled to an opinion, care to elaborate?

801 is one of the smaller 2 bedroom apartments in the complex. Spoke to Paul Caine, it sold for $650,000, which is a strong result, being $8,900/sqm. This follows two recent sales of $700,000 in the building this year and late last year.
