Don't know
But think both bildings next to us are more of worry bcos look like they have more of cladding than us & if it burn we can get burn too

I don't know it our panels are PE or not, but I reckon 1 Powlett St. is not PE.
It is not shiny, it appears dull and textured, more likely a cement fibre sheet.

The PE panels at LaCross and Grenfell in London were shiny Aluminium sheet panels (see below), installed in the last 5 years. They have PE in the middle, and they are cheap, the brand is called Alcucobest and it is made in Shanghai, China.

But all 3 buildings (166, 1 Powlett and the other one next to us) will of course need to be tested. I imagine the respective owners corporations are on to it.
