I don't want to sound like a whinger, but seriously, food left-overs in the recycling bin is just not on.
Snapped these on my phone in the bin area this afternoon (Sunday 18th May. Thanks goes to my flatmate who did the gross task of opened the plastic bag revealing the smelly food scraps.)
If you are too lazy or stupid to put food scraps in the recycling bins then at least don't dump it with your name and address on the box & on letters with last nights dinner. I've obscured your name(s) for privacy (although anyone who wants to can go down to the bins now & see it) but you do deserve a note from someone regarding this.
