Sold today at Auction for $475,000.
It was getting $450 a week rental, so a good result for the buyers and seller I'd say.

According to a real estate agent I know who follows sales at 166, that equates to ~$8,500/m2, a tad shy of the $8,900/m2 achieved with unit 801 a few months ago.

My feedback tells me the "high water" mark was set with unit 801 at close to $9000/ square meters.
Is that what you are hearing?
