Yes, it appears so.
I subscribed to their notification service, and got the above 'bulletins' 4 times yesterday.
It appears someone has got access to administrator account and made the bizarre post 4 times.
For what reason it is impossible to tell.
Anyway, its been deleted now, so all good.
