I'd like to suggest the OC committee put forward a motion to ban smoking in all common property areas, for health and safety reasons. If it is already a rule then I would like to suggest some No Smoking signage. I have seen people smoking in the underground carpark as well as the stairwells.

I was going to mention the same thing!! Rubbish on level 7 in stairwell that exits to back carpark has been there for months, plus light on that level is out. On ground floor of stairwell that exits to foyer is an old cereal box full of cigarette butts that has been tipped over, also been like...
